1. The parties
These Terms are an agreement between you and Sergei Vilgodskii, a private individual living in Cyprus (“we”), about using the Just Play Already service (Just Play on your phone) on the website and in the app. For users in Russia these Terms are a public offer under Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. How you accept them
You accept these Terms by ticking the box on the consent screen after your first sign-in and pressing Continue. We record when you accepted and which version. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy; no separate consent to processing is asked of you. If you do not accept these Terms, you cannot use the service.
3. Adults only
The service is for people aged 18 or older only. You confirm your age yourself. Your account is personal: do not share it.
4. What the service is
Just Play Already helps you choose what to play from the games in your own library: you add your games, answer a few questions, and the service suggests one. The service is free.
5. The game catalog and other people’s rights
- Information about games and the covers come from the IGDB catalog and from Steam. We do not compile the catalog, and it may include games with mature themes.
- Covers are shown only so that you recognise a game, and belong to their owners.
- Game data: IGDB.com.
- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Sony, Apple, Google, IGDB or Twitch. Game and platform names belong to their owners.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to reach other people’s data, disrupt the service or collect its data automatically. The number of requests per user is limited; past the limit the service asks you to wait.
7. Access in particular countries
We may restrict or end access to the service in particular countries where the law or the app stores’ terms require it.
8. Deleting your account and ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time on the Account page: the agreement ends and your data is deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may block or delete an account used in breach of these Terms, and we may shut the service down, with notice in advance where possible.
9. Liability
The service is free and provided as it is. We try to keep it working and its recommendations useful, but we do not promise that it will run without interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the service. This does not limit any rights the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Changes to these Terms
The version is shown at the top of this page. After a material change we will show you the new Terms on your next visit and ask you to accept them again; until you do, you cannot use the service. Minor editorial changes take effect without a new acceptance.
